The group
HITECH GROUP consists of a technical studio with over 20 years of expertise in providing turnkey solutions for factories and production processes.
Initially, Hitech Group emerged as a network of brands specialized in woodworking and composite material machinery. It offers solutions for both production engineering in structured companies through high-automation machines and equipment and standalone products with high-quality standards. We cover the full range of machine tools for wood and composite material processing, from simple planers to spindle moulder machines and panel squaring systems. Established in the late ’90s, we offer dedicated solutions through collaborations with top Italian manufacturers.
Technologies and Products
Cutting and Squaring
Horizontal saws and turnkey cutting systems by Macmazza, for achieving finished sizes (with edging-quality cuts and decimal precision) of wood panels or similar materials. This includes postforming/pre-edged bars, thin fibers, HPL, honeycomb panels, and plastics, aluminum, fiberglass, and cement composites, available in various sizes and thicknesses.
Drilling and Milling
A complete range of panel drilling machines to create a full production cell. Entirely made in Italy with top-quality components, we process panels on 5 or 6 faces, offering high performance and productivity to feed assembly lines. Milling guarantees decimal precision on all four sides.
Edging
Single-side edgers for straight panels with varying technology levels and sizes. Hitech Group partners with top Italian manufacturers known for their precision and attention to detail.
Other technologies
We also supply machines for completing your range, from classic thickness planers to modern spindle moulder machines. We offer consultancy for woodworking layouts and production of all complementary accessories, such as lifting systems, air extraction, and surface treatment.
